Deputy program Manager for large National Security Program.

Communications Payload IPT Lead for ISP National Security Program. Responsible for all cost and schedule aspects of large NRE program.

Department manager for Satellite Requirements and Verification. Leading Team of over 100 systems engineers for all requirements and verification planning for all BSS satellites

Advanced EHF Payload Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead. Responsible for proposal support, budget, schedule and Earned Value on large government contract across multiple Business Units.

Milstar Payload Systems Engineering Leader. Responsible technical engineer for Milstar MDR payload. Technical customer interface for technical interchanges. Responsible for manpower and cost forecasts. Led team through re-design of Acquisition Unit and Early delivery of Flt-6 Wing to Lockheed raising Award fee from 94%to 99%.
